Beware of scam calls
We have been alerted to scam calls from people pretending to be doctors from One Family Clinic and asking patients for money.
If you receive an unexpected request for money:
- Hang up. Do not pay or transfer money, or share bank details, passwords or verification codes.
- Check with us directly. Call reception using the number below. Do not use a number supplied by the caller.
Already paid or shared banking details? Contact your bank immediately.

谨防冒充医生的诈骗电话
我们接到反映，有人冒充 One Family Clinic 的医生致电患者，要求付款。
如果您突然接到要求付款或转账的电话：
- 请先挂断电话。 不要付款或转账，也不要透露银行信息、密码或验证码。
- 请直接联系诊所核实。 请拨打下方的诊所前台电话，不要使用来电者提供的号码。
如果已经付款或透露了银行信息， 请立即联系您的银行。
